In 2020, Aaron joined Marty Siegel, a perennial top performer in the real estate industry, to create the Siegel*Ritchie Group. The hyper paced nature of the market and ever increasing need to outperform the rest of the real estate agents in terms of understanding the market, customer service and creative negotiating skills in an environment where almost every sale has become a “competitive offer” situation was the stimulus for the creation of this partnership – and it has worked well as the Siegel*Ritchie Group is consistently ranked among the top sales teams in the industry.
Aarons transparent approach to his client relationships is highlighted by his acknowledgment that “I am paid on commission but I make my living from referrals”. That mean that every client wears an “invisible” sign that says, “I am your most important client!” He is constantly in demand from his past clients, their children and family members and their friends. He recognizes that there are over 15,000 Realtors in the Twin Cities, all with the same “products” to sell, but the level of customer service he provided is what differentiates him from the rest!
Blessed with a wonderful wife (Kris) of almost 30 years and two grown sons (Maxwell and Parker), his commitment to his clients is only dwarfed by his commitment to his family. Somehow, in addition to being one of the top real estate agents in the Twin Cities, he found time to coach his boy’s hockey teams, attend every hockey and lacrosse game they participated in, take his boys on annual camping trips to the BWCA…and still occasionally enjoy his hobbies of golfing & tennis.
