“Thanks so much for all your help, Marty, in making the sale of out old home, and the purchase of our new home go so smoothly! You showed a great deal of patience in helping us locate our new home (and find the right builder) after searching with us over the past 3 years. We’re very happy with the end result. We plan on having an open house soon – and will keep you posted. Thanks also for the delicious arrangement of candy. Many of our friends have been helping us consume it (thank goodness!). The address labels were much appreciated – good idea! We know you’ve had a busy year but thanks for making us feel like your only clients!”
“This card is just too tiny for me to write down all the thank yous I owe you. Thanks for inviting Carmen and I on the Champagne tour, thanks for setting me up with wonderful homes, thanks for so easily selling 5416 Irving, thanks for the web work at A.L., etc., etc., etc. It’s tremendous having a great realtor and friend all-in-one!”
“It always makes me proud when I hear about the outstanding service one of our people has provided for their customers, and I wanted to pass along my words of congratulations to you. Thank you for the very thorough and caring manner in which you work with your clients. in their recent relocation, and purchase of a home in Minnesota. You truly are a credit to our company as the enclosed letter shows, and I wanted you to know your efforts are appreciated and have not gone unnoticed. It is obvious that you went above and beyond, and again, I thank you for “Doing It Right”. Your efforts do make a difference.”
“I am writing to compliment you on they superb realty service we received during our recent relocation with Pillsbury. We were fortunate to have Marty Siegel on our team. This is our ninth move, and it is by far, the best one we have had. From Marty’s initial contact through our move into our new home, Marty made sure everything was handled promptly and we were always well informed. Our house hunting only took 2 days due largely to Marty’s initial work prior to our arrival. We were referred to Marty by 2 other Pillsbury friends that worked with him over the last year. Our home buying experience was so positive, that we also recommended Marty to another Pillsbury peer relocating to the area and will continue to do so. Marty is excellent as his job, sensitive to his client’s needs and unremitting until the deal is closed.”
“While this may not be an “official” letter, please accept our sincere thanks for all you did to find the Simpsons the PERFECT house. No one could have looked harder or been more diligent in looking while we searched every part of the Minneapolis metro area – not to mention that we were looking as far as South Dakota! I find it a privilege to recommend you to friends and colleagues when they are looking for homes. We have relocated eight times – selling and buying homes in different cities across the country. You have earned the number one spot for the best realtor we have ever had. Please don’t hesitate to use us as references for future clients.”
“When I first moved to the Twin Cities over 8 years ago, my supervisor at the time recommended that I use Marty Siegel as a Real Estate Agent. I have a great deal of respect for the person who made that recommendation and I can not think of a piece of advice that this person gave me that has been as valuable as my relationship with Marty. He has been a valued advisor for my family with both moves we have made within the Twin Cities, and he has been a valuable advisor for people that I have helped to relocate as an employer for the last 8 years. I continue to refer people to him as do a number of other Human Resources Professionals with whom I am associated. I would be happy to recommend his services and would be happy to answer any questions or concern you might have regarding Marty.”
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank you sincerely for your efforts to complete the sale of our home. I have learned ‘There are realtors then there are realtors.’ You definitely are….then there are realtors! You are a realtor with kindness and caring and most of all genuineness. It was greatly appreciated. It is difficult enough to sell a home but to sell a home when one is in another city makes it even more difficult. I appreciated your watchful eye on our home and investment. Most off all, it was very reassuring to continually hear from you of the progress of the sale of our home. (and I know AT&T thanks you too!) You are a credit to your profession. It was very enjoyable to work with you. Thank you very much. The best to you and your family.”
“I would like to thank you for all of your help and efforts in selling my home. I was impressed with your presentation the first time we met as well as your follow up visit and phone calls. Your honesty and directness were truly appreciated and respected. Although sometimes the relocation aspects were more complicated than was really necessary, you were always there going above and beyond to help solve problems or answer questions. I hope when the time comes again to sell another home, we are fortunate enough to have a realtor with your demeanor and character. Also, if we know of acquaintances who will be moving to this location, you will definitely receive a referral. I wish you success in all your future endeavors.”
“Just a quick note of thanks for your outstanding work in marketing our house in Chanhassen. Your dedication and strong marketing sense really helped make the transaction occur. I am especially appreciative of your persistence with the potential buyers that toured the house, and your closing skills that brought in the final offer. The Financial Relocation company we worked with remarked that you were one of the most professional agents they have ever worked with. If we are transferred again, I only hope we have an agent as professional and sincere as you. Thanks for your efforts and don’t hesitate to call.”
“You asked how David and I decided on a Real Estate agent. Well, after checking out both you and your competition in Eden Prairie, David said it was like comparing shopping at Wal-Mart and Nordstroms, both sell clothes, both are profitable, but where do you get quality and service. Thanks!”
“First, I would personally like to thank you for your fine efforts on helping in our move. It was great to have someone who took a personal interest in our move, gave us feedback (good and bad) on prospective houses. It’s also good to meet a realtor who works for you. After four business moves it was a pleasure finding a professional who really cares. You made this move much easier. I and my family want to thank you.”
“I don’t take the time to compose these kind of letters unless the situation is truly compelling and this one is. I relocated from Kentucky to Minneapolis for First Bank with a start date of last August. You and I worked on finding an existing home for months and I could never find the floor plan I was looking for and opted to build with Orrin Thompson in Plymouth. Besides being very congenial, good company and knowing everyone and his brother, you never made me feel that the time spent was being burdensome (and I half expected you to each time we went out on an extended listing search). However, the real service was in the input you made with my new construction: You suggested a floor plan change that made our home more open and also unique to the builder’s offerings. We now can walk from our family room into our living room (where the original plans called for a wall and closet) increasing the spaciousness of our home by 100%. You caught the fact that our garage was going to be only 20’ long and with your “across the table stare” we got the builder to throw on another 2 feet (without those two feet, we wouldn’t be able to open the swing gate on our Nissan Pathfinder). Lastly, upon the walk-through, you caught the fact that the builder had substantially undersized the butler pantry passageway (without your input there we wouldn’t be able to carry a dinner platter into the dining room!) The builder has now widened the opening.
Obviously, your input was a godsend in all three cases. You did a great job for us! “
“I would like to write to tell you how pleased we were with your service on our recent move to Minneapolis. You showed so much concern for the type of house we hoped to find from the day you called to introduce yourself. My husband was away on business, and you spoke with me in Milwaukee about the area and what type of housing was available. We were looking for contemporary and by the time my husband and I flew here to look for housing you had a booklet put together with twenty houses for us to look at. Once we were ready to place the offer, you helped us with the negotiations to allow us to get our house at a price very pleasing to us. You were extremely professional at closing and has helped us in many other aspects of our move. He provided a packet of information on the area, had great concern for our daughter and how she would adjust to the move, continued to keep in touch with us to see if he could be of any further help, and even sent our daughter a key ring for her new house key. The added touch of the Christmas Open House, tree and Santa picture were all so nice. We are very happy with our experience, and you can count on our sale going through your office whenever we move again.”
“Thank you, Marty, for all your help in finding my new home!!! I really appreciate your patience in showing me all the homes I looked at – particularly that final weekend when we were negotiating with the realtor for the Maple Grove house. I know it got very late that Saturday and we were going back & forth well into the night, calling you at home, etc. All your hard work and patience paid off when we finally got the deal. My new house is gorgeous and beautifully maintained, and I know I’m going to enjoy living there. Dianne also loves it. Who knows, we may get married early next year! Anyway, thanks once again.”
“I’ve wanted to tell you just how much I appreciated all the time you gave me when looking for my “first home”. It wasn’t a castle but you treated me like that’s what I was buying.
